Each property sits where people actually need to sleep. Beside the airport at Tingre Nagar, out on Nagar Road for the Kharadi offices, near Magarpatta at Hadapsar, off North Main Road in Koregaon Park, and at Seven Loves Chowk for anyone catching an early bus. We are not a luxury hotel and have never claimed to be. We are the one you book again.

A Deluxe Room at Swargate is the same size, the same bed and the same standard of cleaning as a Deluxe Room at Kharadi. Only the view changes.

Priced honestly, all year
We do not triple the rate because there is a conference in town. Weekend and season adjustments are published on the booking page before you pay.

A desk that works
Every room has a real writing table, a chair you can sit in for eight hours, and power at table height. A good share of our guests work from the room.

Someone awake at three in the morning
All five properties keep a staffed front desk through the night. Late trains and delayed flights are not your problem to solve alone.

Book on this website or ring the property. Travel portals charge us a commission of fifteen to twenty percent and that cost ends up in the room rate. Booking direct removes it, and we pass the difference to you.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your check-in date. Inside 24 hours, one night is charged. No-shows are charged for the first night.
Check-in is from noon and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are free when the room is available. Ring the property directly and they will tell you honestly whether it is.
Yes. Any government-issued photo ID is accepted for all guests, local or otherwise. We ask only that every adult staying is registered, which is a legal requirement.
At most of our properties, yes. Space differs by location and the central ones are tighter, so mention a car when you book and the desk will keep a spot where they can.
Kharadi for the offices on Nagar Road, Hadapsar for Magarpatta, Koregaon Park for the city itself, Swargate for buses and trains, and Tingre Nagar for the airport. If you are unsure, ring any of the five and they will point you at the right one.
Yes, at all five. If you are booking for more than a fortnight, or for a team, contact us directly. We hold rooms on monthly terms that the booking form will not quote you.
